I have a city & Guilds level 3 In Childcare & Education, as well as being up to date with my core training which includes: Paediatric 1st Aid, Health & Safety, Safeguarding.

I have completed a Diploma for children with ADHD, Child Psychology & Complete SEND.

I do pick ups and drop offs. I work Monday to Thursday from 8am- 5.30pm.

I am registered with the Western Trust.
I am a member of Nicma.
I have all training up to date, Health and safety, child protection, and paediatrics.
I am registered for T.F.C. and NICSS.

I am an after school and school holiday childcare provider. I usually pick up from St Patrick’s Primary School, Holywood

Hi, I’m a mum of two wonderful children aged 1 and 5, with a real passion for supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing. I hold a degree in Psychology with Child Development and I am qualified in British Sign Language (Level 2).
For the past 7 years, I have worked with children as a Learning Support Assistant and Behavioural Specialist, supporting children with a range of needs and helping them thrive both emotionally and academically.
I am now bringing my experience, qualifications and love for working with children into childminding, creating a warm, safe and nurturing home environment where little ones can learn, play and grow. Hi I’m Kellie! I focus on learning through play for every age and stage. I have a home from home setting with a variety of wooden toys, puzzles, books and crafts for all ages. We get messy with sensory play and love the sensory garden at hazelbank.

I take my role as a childminder very seriously, all children are treated like my own.
As a registered childminder I respect that parents are first and foremost the main carers and educators of their children. I will work in partnership with parents on all aspects of their child’s well-being. Parents are encouraged to share any relevant experience they may have with the minding children, for example a parent who is a fire fighter may be asked to visits the setting in uniform and talk to the children or apparent from a different cultural background may be asked to visit the setting and share their culture, food and dress with the children. My aim is to provide a nurturing childcare facility which encourages children to
develop in a warm, stimulating, homely environment where they are valued as
individuals. By working in partnership with each parent we can ensure that each child and their family needs are met.
