Title: NICMA ACHIEVE SUCCESSFUL REVIEW AGAINST INVESTOR IN PEOPLE STANDARD
Date: 9th November 2004
News Details: “The organisation easily meets the requirements of the Standard in all areas and indeed could be described as an exemplar organisation, especially taking into account their precarious financial constraints.”
Assessment Report for the NI Investor in People Quality Centre, November 2004
NICMA originally achieved the ‘Investor in People’ standard in June 2002. The standard lasts for 3 years and therefore towards the end of 2004, we needed to set in place the assessment process for re-recognition. This review took place in November and we were delighted to be awarded continued status as an Investor in People employer. The assessors report provides us with detailed feedback and enables us to continue to meet standards of IiP.
“The organisation, in addition to maintaining the standard, has implemented measures in many of the areas of improvement arising from the last Assessment. Additionally, they have continued to thrive, utilising much self review, auditing and analysing performance throughout the organisation.
It was very apparent they have a dedicated and enthusiastic staff and they embodied all the attributes that an Investors in People organisation should exhibit.”
