SNACC childminders recently voted to revert back to the group’s original name - Causeway Childminding Group. The group has had an active few months and always welcomes a good turnout of childminders from Coleraine and Causeway area to group events:

Following the success of the event and enjoyment of the children who attended the Nicma Week ‘Rhyme time’ session, a similar session has been booked including interactive story time session followed by music and rhymes for young children.
Monday 15th March 2010 at 8pm
Social Night in Mount Fern, bring your own supper! Childminders are invited to bring samples of their favourite food, anything ’different’ or unusual food items – just a sample but be prepared to share! Lydia Watton, Senior Social Worker, Causeway EYT will attend to feedback from our September meeting
Monday 19th April 2010 at 8pm
AGM in Mount Fern – election of committee members, suggestions for future speakers and events, fund-raising &fun evening suggestions (auction or bring & buy toys and equipment, sponsored toddle, craft night, pampering night etc.), suggestions for nicma week activities, all new and innovative ideas very welcome!
